The benefits of getting out and keeping fit
Sometimes we have to choose to get out and get active. Liz finds out the benefits of physical activity as she puts into practise the Shine challenge of ensuring we do at least one hour of physical activity per day.

New Beginnings
This year why not try practising mindfulness? It helps reduce stress and anxiety and is especially helpful in the run up to exams. Smiling Mind is a free app that we use on the Shine course and has been a great success
New Year
May we be the first to wish you all a very happy New Year. Shine is really excited to be working in some of our regular schools and cannot wait for our 5 courses to start up in January!
