Dealing with stress and anxiety in lockdown

When our routine is disrupted and life seems like it will never be the same again - its not surprising that we feel increased levels of stress and anxiety. If this is you - you’re not alone. What’s great though - is that we don’t have to rely on others to make us feel better - for moderate levels of stress and anxiety we can do things to help ourselves.

Thankfully the National Youth Agency have published an online book for ‘Staying well at home’. We at Shine would really encourage you to download and try some of the activities in the book. If nothing else - it will take your mind of your worries for a time. Follow the hyperlink below to access your copy of the workbook.
