Exercise - Why?

Shine has recently added a session promoting the benefits of exercise.  We are working with the girls to not only highlight all the good thing exercise can bring but also encouraging them to find the exercise that works for them which could be anything from football to hockey to paddle boarding.

Exercise has so many positive effects, at Shine we see this as key to promoting good wellbeing

The benefits include, Stronger muscles, Better Skin, Less Stress, Weight Control, Improved mood, fewer colds, more brain power - so get moving!
