At Shine one of the first things we discuss is how to love the skin you are in, so this summer take care of your self, you are important and remember your suntan lotion!

New Beginnings
This year why not try practising mindfulness? It helps reduce stress and anxiety and is especially helpful in the run up to exams. Smiling Mind is a free app that we use on the Shine course and has been a great success

May we be the first to wish you all a very happy New Year. Shine is really excited to be working in some of our regular schools and cannot wait for our 5 courses to start up in January!
