Love the Skin Your In

Your skin is the largest organ in your body and it is working hard to protect your bones, muscles and internal organs, so give it a break and some love.

Diet is crucial for looking after your skin, if you have a poor diet the skin is one of the first things affected, it looks, dull and sallow and then come the spots! So eat well, lots of fresh fruit and veg and drink plenty of water - your skin just loves water.

Clean your skin morning and night, even if you don't wear makeup the pollution in the air is making your skin dirty so remember to cleanse, tone and moisturise, your skin will thank you by looking bright and fresh and feeling soft and smooth.

Hopefully the sun will make an appearance this summer so reach for the sun lotion, you can always find face moisturisers with SPF, but don't forget the rest of your body. Burning your skin doesn't just hurt when you do it, it can also have lasting consequences so love yourself ladies and avoid the burn.
